- Message data received via the user's WhatsApp Business account

2. How We Collect Data
Data is collected through the following methods:
- When the user registers and creates an account on Mezat Panel
- When the user voluntarily connects their Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp Business accounts
- When the Service processes live stream comments and WhatsApp messages during regular use
Data may be provided directly by the user or automatically processed via APIs offered by the integrated platforms.
3. Purposes of Data Processing
The data we collect is used for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate and improve the Service
- To collect, filter and display live stream comments to the user
- To operate WhatsApp chatbot and message management features
- To diagnose and resolve technical issues
- To provide customer support and communicate with users
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not use your data for advertising, marketing or selling to third parties.

Personal data:

5. WhatsApp and Social Media Integration
Regarding integrations, Mezat Panel follows these principles:
- WhatsApp Business accounts are connected using Meta's official Embedded Sign-Up process.
- Facebook and YouTube integrations are performed solely with the user's explicit consent and request.
- The collected messages and comments are displayed only within that specific user's Mezat Panel account.
- These data are not visible or accessible to other users.
6. Data Retention
The data we collect is retained as follows:
- For as long as the user's subscription or use of the Service continues,
- Deleted or anonymized when the subscription ends or upon the user's request,
- Retained for the periods required by applicable law, where legal obligations mandate longer storage.
7. Data Deletion (Right to Erasure)
Users may request the deletion of all their data at any time.
